Focusing umbrals into armor at the seasonal vendors is a good place to start. Raids, dungeons, etc. all can drop high stat as well, but the focusing is the most accessible way. You can also sometimes get really good, high stat pieces from the season pass, so make sure you look at it before using it to infuse.Use the ghost mod to focus an armor stat for any random drop armor (resilience is best pve stat by far rn, 40% damage resistance at tier 10) If you have access to any dungeons or raids those typically drop high stat armor. And apologies if the answer is obvious/ just back into the game after a two/ three year hiatus. transmog is in the game now so just use high stat armor then transmog to the look you want. I set my Ghost to Discipline and was getting 28 Discipline and 25 Resilience or Mobility. I finally got double 100s in Discipline and Resilience which I was trying for for quite a while.
