Fix. Turn OFF progressive fatigue. Manage staff --> Auto subs --> reduce ALMOST ALL sliders to sub out at 40 or 50 and sub in at 60 or 65 (QB sub out 0 & sub in 1) Alternatively, you may be able super sim for 1 play and it'll return to normal though I did not try that.During your weekly training, change the settings to half pads and backups getting majority of the reps. The only way around it is to sim the first playoff game, it will play your starters, and if you're lucky enough to win, by the second playoff game they should also play. This is another terrible glitch and another reason I won't be buying Madden next year.
