I say do this to get to 5, then start doing cargo runs to max your rep if you're still trying to get to 75 with them. I mean, I made a little over 10k of just merchant money in one quick quest with no flag.

I have all the clues and in the image I posted you can see the path I took in green and the final red line being where the ship "went". Either it goes through Ancient Spire or doesn't have any space to spawn between the last clue and Ancient Spire.
