OK Guys, a Buddy had this problem - TRAC, Engine & 4LO light blinking on his 2012 5.7 Tundra. Ran the scan. P0172, P0101 & P0175. He has the TRD AIR Box with Filter. We Cleaned the MAF Sensor with "Mass Airflow Sensor" Cleaner. Replaced the Air Filter and Cleared the CODES. He has driven 100+ Miles and no errors.It's a corroded actuator. Gently tap the actuator housing with a rubber mallet and see if that gets it to work.
