Ruth was the daughter of Richard Franklin and Levin Rigsby Bailey. Lucy was a member of St. Andrews Road Church of Christ. Christopher Scott Rauch, 45, was born January 30, 1977 in Columbia, SC and passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022. Mr. Rauch was a mechanic at Dick Smith Nissan in Columbia.
