I found that if I renamed the file "nvngx_dlss.dll" in "F:\Games\steamapps\common\Death Stranding" that the game would load with no issues. However I would not get DLSS ingame. This version of DLSS is 2.1.19.0 so I downloaded another version and Death Stranding ran with no issues.It reminded me a lot of Metal Gear Solid V in that you can use lethal force on soldiers but they would reward the player when they didn’t kill anyone by giving them base, weapon, and equipment upgrades. The issue seems to be with the camera which is pausing in a micro fashion I can specifically see the dramatic difference between cutscene and an in door camera in motion frame rate.
