That's what I'm running for my int/fth build and I'm lvl 41 with 15 in vig, 20 in mind, int, and faith, 13 in dex and arcane, 11 in endurance, and 8 in strength (since I don't ever need that stat).A few good weapons for this are, Uchigatana, Great scythe, Milita Saw, and great star. Later on you will find an item that will allow you to put faith scaling on any ash of war chosen. You could have a quickstep faith warhammer, with bleed. It gets silly.
