The car I would recommend is a Nissan 2000 gtr 71. The thing is ultra fast, and is a tank, especially with damage reduction. It is by far the best rep car in the game just because the cops can't keep up. Do remember that I only recommend heat 3 and up if you have a car 250 or more.
