I've been trying to use reshade on my sims 4 game for a while and every time I do it crashes the game. I've uninstalled reshade and made sure it was entirely gone, I've uninstalled the sims and cleared anything extra in the bin folder, I made sure I was using Direct 9x, etc.If the file is a .EXE file it won't work on Mac. Otherwise it should work. Gshade works for Mac! Any videos you might have seen telling you it doesn't work ok on a Mac are old ones. I believe it used to only work for Windows and Linux, but they've since updated it, and it'll work on your Macbook just fine!
