by Grizzly86. Pure Dex Thief looking for advice. Uchigatana Vs Sellsword Twin blades. So, its my first Darksouls playthrough. I have been using the Uchigatana so far and loved it. I stumbled across the sellsword twin blades last night. I have been stacking dex and also have everything I need for a sharp infusion. Question to you guys..Plus, you have to admit, the Uchigatana is a pretty awesome looking weapon to wield. 9. Sellsword Twinblades. Another fairly basic weapon that, you’d be surprised can actually be pretty valuable well into the later portions of the game. Stat-wise, the Sellsword Twinblades aren’t the best.For bleed, blood infusion, 40/40 dex/luck, be fully hollow and have your offhand infused with hollow. For a buff build, 40/40 dex/faith or int (depending on what buff you want). Infuse with sharp gem, and use darkmoon or lightning blade for a faith buff, and crystal magic weapon for int. A good combo is L1-L2-R2.

1.yes the shield gives stamina boost on your back. 2.flynns is really only effective if you use no armor at all, so use the pontifs eye that drops from the beast from the bridge (forgot which one it is). The damage of your weapons is determined by the base damage of the weapon + the scaling. Both get better by upgrading the weapon. Scaling means how much bonus damage you gain through your attributes.
