Gas golf cart clicking but not starting. When I tried starting it by turning the key to the On position and then pressing the gas pedal... nothing happened. Tried charging battery but wouldn't hold a charge so I figured I would just replace it. After I installed new battery. It still would not start and makes no noise or sound when key is in the On position and I press gas pedal.
