**This is just a temp fix until Reolink (or Blue Iris) implement an official fix with the H265 Encoding** I was having issues with H265 encoding on BI. The picture would rainbow, cut out, lock up, etc etc etc. This happens on any of their newer cameras ending in A (Example: 822A, 823A)
