If haven't transferred to Siptah with the Pride of the Aesir feat, you need the scroll to repair a dropped piece to delve the Frost Giant's armor which you can then make. There is a lot of lore on Siptah from talking stones and journal pages, but most do not teach feats. There are some new building pieces you can learn.Go into Single Player mode, make yourself Admin and spawn every single Hyborean T4 Armorer as Thrall and put it on a bench.
