I am having a similar issue when playing WOL campaign. Multiplayer works okay for me but when I am playing campaign my mouse gets all weird and won’t left click drag, it shows 2 placement cursors, and I get a lag/delay when a moving. I have tried two different devices, one a wireless and one a wired, same problem.

The moment I did the update to Windows 11 I have those double-click bugs for 90 percent of the time. Tried multiple mouses at home. The issue persists. None of the fixes I tried from youtube did anything. I start to hate this update since it makes using my PC super annoying.
