Much easier to just do a rex army or whatever you usually use. Wyvern suck to fight with and have no saddle armor. I found that the wyverns are good at distracting the boss and adds, but don't do nearly as good damage as a Rex. A single wyvern can distract 4-5 minions. But even a velo probably does better damage.

I think I saw a vid of a succsessful hard dragon clear with rexs that has 20-30k hp. Saddles make a huge impact on their survival. I guess this all boils down to what your boss strategy is.
