I'm able to instance the gltf (incl. skeleton, mesh, animationplayer) and save it as a scene. The AnimationPlayer has all the anims I exported and they're working fine. But when I create an AnimationTree and assign it to that animation player, the animation tree somehow destroys the skeleton. It's all crooked with disjointed bones.
