2 years ago. You need to call them to have them remove the auto pay option first. Then you make your arrangements and set them up for online pay by YOU not them. Then they will not take any payments without your authorization. I never do auto pay if I don’t have to because I never know how much will be in our account.If you set up a payment plan to split your payment there is no extra fee or charge.
