As usual I got bored around 2400 and triggered a Crisis (Scourge, this time) using console commands -- using Dynamic Difficulty, the crisis was set to 3x strength. Or was supposed to be, at least. What I got was 8'ish 150k fleets and a handful of 50k fleets by the time the Main Force arrived.
