Im getting x8 wisps in 5min easily with a Recource Booster. Thats just flying over lakes, seeing the loot icon, leaving archwing mode, picking up the wisp, and back on the archwing. Theres a video on youtube of a guy showing his route when doing that. Full circle is 4-6min at most. Even without a booster thats roughly 1 wisp per minute.
