In order to calibrate the functionals and effective core potential/basis sets, we have decided to evaluate the geometry of the Fc 0 /Fc + RC system. Table S1 shows the optimized Fe-C, C-C, and C-H bond lengths using different XC functionals and pseudopotentials. All optimizations were further characterized by frequency calculations.The exception is the 3-21G basis set and its polarized counterpart, where more differences between functionals can be observed.
